Plaintiff's attorneys have videotaped the damages a plaintiff has sustained because of an incident causing injury. These documentaries are increasing popular as a tool for presenting plaintiff's damages to the jury. Day-in-the-life documentaries are made to have an impact on the jury, yet they have proven invaluable as settlement tools. To capture and understand a client's lifestyle, we spend many hours videotaping his or her daily activities. From the footage, we provide a fully edited video approximately 20-30 minutes in length, on a VHS tape or DVD.
